Acknowledgements
On behalf of the 5th Ratchasuda International Conference on Disability 2018 committee, I would like to thank all involved in organizing this conference. All faculty and staff members of Ratchasuda College as well as our partners have been working hard to prepare for the conference. As a faculty of Mahidol University focusing on disability, we appreciate the university continued support.
This year's event is being held in conjunction with the 10th National Conference on Disability 2018 which is being organized by King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. We appreciate the strong support from many conference network universities, government agencies and disability organizations, with special thanks to the main sponsor organization National Office for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. By combining both national and international conferences into the same event, we expect about 700 Thai and international participants this year. We welcome our keynote speakers, presenters, exhibitors and participants from Japan, Philippines, Bhutan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal, Laos and of course Thailand.
The conference theme "Moving towards Sustainable Society for All" reflects a part of our vision and mission to improve quality of life for Persons with Disabilities which represent several aspects including assistive technology, universal design and local wisdom, aging society, innovative education and employment solutions, policies and implementation as well as empowerment toward equality. Besides the main conference day, we are pleased to organize and extra day as disability tour day for our international participants to observe the work with and for persons with disabilities in Thailand.
Finally, I would like to express my deep appreciation to all scientific reviewers, keynote speakers, network organizers, exhibitors, and again to all Ratchasuda College members who made this crucial conference possible. As we continue with our goal to organize an international conference on disability annually to reach our vision and mission, we hope you would obtain benefit and fruitful outcome from this conference. We look forward to these exciting days of exchanging new information in disability field by discussing current and future trends as we strive towards accessible and sustainable society for all.
